As a vendor, you will receive: • A designated booth space to display and/or sell your products/information/services. • The opportunity to network with a targeted audience. • Inclusion in event promotions, including social media mentions and program listings.

local_activity Step Team

$50.00

Tickets

Covers only those stepping and two persons designated to handle music and props. If six members are stepping, only those six are covered under the fee. Other team members must pay the general admission price.

local_activity Dance Team

$30.00

Tickets

Covers coaches and only the performers. If a team consists of 30 members but only 15 perform, only those 15 will be admitted under the $30 fee. Other non-performing members can enter at a discounted price of $5 each.

Zeta Upsilon Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated invites vendors, step teams, and dance teams to be part of our 1st Annual Showcase: Reppin’ for a Cause—a thrilling talent exhibition and step show!

This family-friendly event is dedicated to raising funds for Autism Awareness, Scholarships, Relay for Life, and other vital community service projects. Mark your calendars for April 26, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Holly Springs High School Gymnasium and join us for an inspiring evening of performances, unity, and impact.

Performance Guidelines

To maintain a family-friendly atmosphere, all performances must be free of vulgar language and inappropriate content.

Dance Teams: 3-5 minute routines
Step Teams: 5-8 minute performances
Submission Deadline: April 11, 2025

Vendor Opportunities

Showcase your business or organization while supporting a great cause! Vendor spaces are available for a $100 fee, which contributes to the success of this event.

Application & Payment Deadline: April 20, 2025
