Experience the Extraordinary.  Precious Pearls Foundation and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated - Psi Beta Zeta Chapter proudly presents the premier fundraising event for graduating Desoto County high school seniors. This year celebrate with us as we continue the heritage of honoring community pioneers. Come and enjoy The Royal Court Extraordinary experience on March 23 at 6p at the Landers Center. Seating is 6 to a table. Social distancing will be in place.

By registering for the event online, each registrant consents to being photographed and/or videotaped, and publication of any images in any form and by any form of media. Furthermore, the registrant releases Precious Pearls Foundation and  PSI BETA ZETA CHAPTER of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated from all claims, demands, and liabilities related to all images.

COVID-19 SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT -- LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS

COVID-19 SAFETY INFORMATION: While participating in the Evening of Elegance  (“Event”) held or sponsored by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated - Psi Beta Zeta Chapter (PBZ), and Precious Pearls Foundation, consistent with CDC guidelines, participants are encouraged to practice hand hygiene, “social distancing” and wear face coverings to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19. Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact, ZETA has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. PBZ cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19.

DUTY TO SELF-MONITOR: Participants and volunteers agree to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 (symptoms typically include fever, cough, and shortness of breath) and to seek medical attention should they experience any of these or other symptoms during the Event. By participating in and/or attending the Event, you acknowledge the health risks associated with the Event. You agree that if you experience any symptoms during the Event, you will discontinue participation immediately and seek appropriate medical attention.

RELEASE AND WAIVER: Your attendance at the Event is entirely voluntary and could result in personal injury (including death, exposure to and illness from infectious diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19) and/or property damage. By attending, observing, or participating in the Event, You acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with your participation and/or attendance at the Event, and You agree that: (a) the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated (b) the Psi Beta Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta, Sorority, Inc. (c) Precious Pearls Foundation, (d) the property or site owner where the Event is held, will not be responsible for any personal injury (including death or exposure to and illness from infectious diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19), property damage, or other loss suffered as a result of your participation in, attendance at, and/or observation of the Conference. You agree to release, waive, and forever discharge any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature against the Released Parties, either in law or in equity, to the fullest extent permissible by law, including but not limited to damages or losses caused by the negligence, fault, or conduct of any kind on the part of the Released Parties, including but not limited to death, bodily injury, illness, economic loss or out of pocket expenses, or loss or damage to property. You agree to release, waive, and forever discharge any potential claims and demands that you, your heirs, assignees, next of kin and/or legally appointed or designated representatives may have or which may hereinafter accrue on your behalf, which arise or may hereafter arise from your participation in and/or attendance at the Conference.

BY ATTENDING AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE GIVEN A FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO THE RELEASED PARTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN.
