MISSISSIPPI WOLFPACK YOUTH TRAINING CAMP

By completing registration, the parent or guardian acknowledges that participation in the S & S Elite Youth Training Camp involves physical activity and voluntary athletic participation. The parent or guardian accepts all risks associated with drills, conditioning, and camp activities.

The parent or guardian agrees that S & S Elite Youth Training Camp, its staff, volunteers, and organizers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or personal property loss that may occur during the camp.

The parent or guardian confirms that the participant is physically able to take part in camp activities and gives permission for basic first aid or emergency care if necessary.

The parent or guardian also grants permission for the participant to appear in camp photos or videos that may be used for program promotion, social media, or future marketing.

Submitting the registration form serves as acknowledgment and acceptance of this waiver.
